We process orders within 48 hours and delivery usually takes 1 – 3 business days depending on your location. Outlying areas can take a bit longer.
Once the order is packed and the courier is booked you will be sent tracking details from the courier to track your order.
Yes, all prices listed on the website include 15% VAT.
Our courier ships within South Africa. Please contact us if you need to place an order outside of SA.
Fire bricks are packed together up to approx. 20kgs. The rest of our products are packed individually. But you will receive all your items at the same time.
